So Drama! requested the studio maintain the best indoor conditions for visitors, students, and staff. To support this, the studio is monitored across four key categories — occupancy, temperature, air quality, and energy — each helping detect crowding, heat build-up, poor ventilation, or high energy demand before they become a problem.

Comparing peak and non-peak time data lets the studio stay comfortable, controlled, and efficient without permanently over-provisioning for its busiest moments — a twin that manages the room, not just models it.
